On the way into work this morning (as is the case most mornings) I listened to Radio Five Live. I always find it entertaining and find Nicky Campbell’s ascerbic wit the ideal wakener. Anyway, there was this bloke on who is a greenhouse gas emissions nut. Basically he has cut his carbon output to a ludicrously low amount. He even only fills half a wheelie bin a year with rubbish – we fill one a week !! He even wraps his sandwiches in the plastic bag which usually comes with broadsheet newspapers over here (and contains all of te magazines and supplements)
Note to self :- be more green.
I’m feeling knackered this morning. It seems that on a Sunday night I cling on to the weekend like a wee monkey hanging onto a banana tree. Today though is proof positive that no matter how long you hang on, Monday still comes round in the end.
