I have a new arch enemy. “DJ Garry #1″ to be precise. This disc spinning hip hop ned has taken to writing his name in biro all over our door entry system and also on the walls in the common stair area. In a strange twist to the usual graffiti you see decorating tenement stairs, DJ Garry also notes down the exact time he did it. He is in fact so precise that he even notes the seconds. Like so :-

Given that I have access to the timings of his arrival at various points in the building, I reckon that a tape measure, a notepad and some basic arithmetic should allow me to calculate his average speed and therefore assess whether I could actually catch the little fucker in a footrace and burst him.

Breakfast this morning was provided courtesy of the JD Wetherspoons establishment next door. Given the amount of breakfast I received for £3.49, I am starting to doubt the quality of the product. Some items in the breakfast also seemed hotter than others which is never a good sign.
This could be my last post for a good few days as we are off to Luxembourg in about 3 hours. Thankfully this time we are flying to Frankfurt and getting the bus from there. Previous times we have gone through Belgium and that journey is just a mare with changing trains, taxis and all sorts, never mind the fact that it’s Belgium - probably one of the dourest places I’ve ever been and keep in mind that I am a Scotsman.
I suppose I’d better get going anyway. Take care all and I’ll update you all on my return. If, in the meantime you see DJ Garry #1, punch his lights out and snap his biro.
