Many thanks to Sarah who recommended that I activate Akismet to reduce the amount of comment spam. I had actually tried to activate this before but my API key was rejected. However I just applied for a new account at Wordpress and it’s sorted now.
Sooooo. Basically you no longer need to register, although I suppose the registration thingy was only switched on for a few hours so most of you will be wondering what all the fuss is about. Anyway…….
