King of the Castle

I’ve just eaten the most magnificent lunch. The ingredients were not at all magnificent. A ham sandwich and a yoghurt. The setting on the other hand was just fantastic.

Sitting in the sunshine in Princes Street Gardens in the shadow of Castle Rock and Edinburgh Castle is the best place for lunch in the city (perhaps even the world in my opinion). It fairly lifted my spirits anyway.
