One ringpiece to rule us all

I’ve taken a novel approach to this post today. It’s one of my standard issue double subject posts but if you look closely at the title you’ll see I’ve managed to combine the two. How smart I am.

The ringpiece in question is Alex Salmond. It’s the day after the election and we are still no further forward in working out who has one. The Nationalists have made huge gains and I’m starting to get a bit worried about opening a paper tomorrow and seeing Salmonds grinning face beaming out of it declaring that the Scottish Republic is just a referendum away. Labour currently have won more seats than the Nationalists in the constituencies so far declared but that doesn’t really meant anything with only 74 of 129 declared.

And now the link to the second subject. I’ve been quite tempted by Lord Of The Rings Online lately. I’ve played World of Warcraft for a good wee while now (although I am no addict as I have only taken my character as far as level 33). I’m going to give it a bit of thought over the next week or so and then decide whether to make the leap. Normally I’d jump at a new game and I would be like “bugger the old game” however I like Warcraft and I have become bizarrely attached to Fredrik, my Dwarf Priest.

Is that normal?
