Last Tuesday night was excellent. Foo Fighters and Nine Inch Nails at Meadowbank Stadium. It was one of a series of ‘T on the Fringe’ gigs for the Edinburgh Festival. Superb. They did a great job with Meadowbank as well. A crumbling late 60’s concrete athletics stadium, built for the 1970 Commonwealth Games, Meadowbank has been earmarked for demolition in the coming year. Last night though, it’s glory was restored for a few hours.
