Back to the dual titles again. If you are offended by strong language then head to the CBeebies site now because this is going to get coarse. After last weekends horrific 5-0 spanking by Celtic, many of the more blinkered Hearts fans are starting to realise that Hearts owner Vladimir Romanov is indeed the fucking wanker and charlatan which I have always maintained he is.
In a scene reminiscent of Nero fiddling while Rome burns, images appeared in the papers here last week of Romanov waltzing with a ballerina in the floodlit, empty stadium of his other club Kaunus in Lithuania. Meanwhile his Lithuanian and other eastern European shite capitulated in a spiritless performance on the field at Celtic Park. With an apparent inability to see the walls crumbling around him which would make Hitler appear perceptive in the last days of the Reich we can only assume that Mad Vlad is indeed mad. Hearts debt has spiralled to an amount which would give a entire country sleepless nights and we are two places from the bottom of the league with no sign of it getting any better.
I gave up my season ticket for this season because the display last season was so poor. I shudder when I realise that it has indeed got even worse this season.
On a happier, although stranger note, Marillion joined Fish on stage at Aylesbury to play a song together at a Fish gig, the first time they had played with the former vocalist since he left the band 19 years ago. Having seen the footage on You Tube it was definitely an exciting one off. What bothers me is that the forums are now buzzing with talk of a reunion. Disrespectful to current vocalist Steve Hogarth in my opinion. Good to see the one off but in my opinion Hogarth is the exceptional vocalist of Marillion history. Far superior to Fish in every way. Whilst I rest safe in the knowledge that the remaining members would not seek a reunion with Fish, I can’t help but fear that one day there may be a possibility of a ‘Reunion’ tour a la Anthrax. After all, look at how that ended.

I think your right about Hogarth, As far as I am concerned Fish is a nice part of Marillion history but nothing else. Its rather like me hearing that Genesis were re-forming, but without Gabriel and Hacket. The difference for me was that Genesis peaked with the original line up, they were just to “pop” as a trio.
