A portrait of Scotland through the stories of its people

Days Like ThisThat’s what it says on the cover anyway.

It arrived! I now have a copy of a published book containing a short non-fiction story (really just a glorified blog post I suppose) written by myself.

The book, “Days Like This” was put together by BBC Scotland and the Scottish Book Trust. The premise was that you had to write a story about a single day in your life that was either important, or stood out for some reason.

My story, “The Day The World Failed To End”, is on page 42. I have a story published in a book which also contains a story by Irvine Welsh. Maybe I should write more often.
